BA in English Literature from Colgate University. 200HR Yoga Teacher Training from Kripalu. Breathwork Healer Training with David Elliott. Former Advertising Exec at Google. Studied at FIT to become a Fashion Stylist. Studied Folk Herbalism with The Herbal Academy and in Taos with Native Roots. Trained as a Certified Reiki Master with Susan Chiocchi. at Reiki Colorado Academy. In process of becoming a Somatic Mind-Body Coach with The Embody Lab. Moves on dance floors all across the globe. Has been sharing creative expression workshops both in person and online since 2015.
