During the SOMA Writing experience, embodied movement, creativity and self-expression converge. Unlock your feelings, emotions and sensations and transmute them into word alchemy, facilitated by the temple of your body.

With a carefully curated selection of guided movement, expressive dance (and a bangin’ playlist to get you shaking your booty), followed by juicy writing prompts, you’ll be encouraged to revel in the joy of movement as a tool to carve out the untold stories that are begging to be set free.

Unleash the power of your words and give voice to the narratives dwelling within. This isn't just about pen and paper -- and it's not just about getting down on the dancefloor. It's a journey into the depths of your imagination, your expression and your soul.

• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and meditation
