My life’s work is dedicated to blending ancient wisdom with everyday modern living, fostering a sense of wonder in both the sacred and the mundane - through writing, movement, the healing arts and ritual.

As Founder and Facilitator of SOMA Writing creative expression workshops, I blend breath work, meditation and visualization, somatic exercise and movement (in a trauma-informed environment), to assist individuals in overcoming internal barriers so their words (in both written and spoken form) will flow more effortlessly, beautifully and with integrity.

As a somatic mind-body coach, I use a variety of modalities—from body scanning, breath work, somatic movement practices, and more—to bring the wisdom of the body to the forefront of my clients' goals. Somatic coaching goes beyond traditional talk therapy by integrating the body into the healing and growth process. By tuning into physical sensations, clients can uncover unconscious patterns, release stored tension, and gain deeper insight into emotional blocks that may be hindering their progress. It’s a joy to help individuals reconnect with their bodies, and watch them cultivate a sense of balance and alignment that supports their transformation - with ease, vitality and self-awareness.

Within my practice of the ritual arts, I weave together Reiki, herbalism, art, scent and sacred feminine priestess work to guide communities and individuals on their spiritual paths. I founded The Sacred Cave, a ceremonial space that combines the medicine of herbs, flowers and essential oils with ancient wisdom teachings to support women in remembering and reclaiming their divinity, through their humanity.
