Ritual & ceremonial priestess

priestess work

I’ve been holding sacred space for women’s gatherings, moon circles. conscious celebrations and wedding ceremonies, as well as memorial services for departed loved ones for over a decade.

Ceremonies and rituals hold the power to mark significant moments, whether it be welcoming a new life, bidding farewell to a chapter, or navigating personal transitions like career changes, break-ups, deaths, birthdays and anniversaries. By making these moments sacred, we weave threads of grace, love, connection, and a sense of support, throughout our lives.

In ancient times, Myrrhophores were priestesses who played a vital role in rituals by anointing with precious, aromatic oils. They possessed a deep understanding of the impact of scent to awaken the senses, enhance spiritual experiences, and establish a sacred atmosphere. As someone with a strong connection with scent and ancient ritual since I was very young, this Path has been calling my name for decades. A practicing priestess for lifetimes, today, I am studying the ancient practice of anointing as a Scent Priestess with the Rosa Mystica Mystery School.

Breathwork

Breathwork is an active self healing meditation in which the breather is engaged in a simple 2-stage breath technique set to music. Inhales and exhales are experienced through the mouth while the breather is lying down. Sessions are accompanied by aromatic smoke, essential oils and light touch as well as a personalized selection of music to deepen the healing experience. The power of the breath serves as a center point, opening you to deeper insights into the innate power of your energetic patterns, beliefs and habits — and encourages physical, mental, emotional, spiritual health and wellbeing. I studied Pranayama during my Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu in 2011 and became certified as a Breathwork Healer through David Elliott in New Mexico in May of 2023. And my continuous studies on the magic of breath will last throughout this lifetime.
